Daily yoga sessions are conducted in open natural settings—on hilltops, forest clearings, or near villages—allowing participants to reconnect with themselves while surrounded by pristine nature.
Morning yoga energizes the body, while evening guided meditation helps calm the mind, relax the body, and reflect on the day’s journey. Rising to an altitude of approximately 2500 meters from sea level, Panchase Hill is considered a spiritually significant area long used by sages and yogis for meditation.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Pokhara (900m)
Upon arrival in Pokhara, you will be transferred to your hotel or yoga retreat near Phewa Lakeside. After some rest, enjoy a welcome herbal drink. Then there will be a trek and yoga briefing, followed by an evening gentle stretching and relaxation session to release travel fatigue.
Then welcome dinner followed by a short meditation.
Then lights off.

Day 02: Pokhara – Phedi – Australian Camp (2,060 m)
Morning Hatha yoga at the retreat or hotel as gentle preparation for further trekking. After breakfast, drive to Phedi (45 minutes) and begin a scenic uphill trek to Australian Camp through lush forests.
Visit the Nepali traditional Gurung village, then reach Australian Camp in 3–4 hours—one of the best viewpoints in the Annapurna region. Enjoy panoramic views of Annapurna South (7,219 m), Hiunchuli (6,441 m), Fishtail (6,993 m), and Lamjung Himal (6,983 m).
In the late afternoon, take part in an evening yoga and meditation session as the sun sets over the majestic mountains. Accommodation at the teahouse/lodge. After dinner, retire for the day.
Day 03: Australian Camp – Kande – Panchase Bhanjyang
Morning sunrise yoga with the majestic view of the Annapurna mountain range. After a light breakfast, start trekking to Kande (mostly downhill, about 1,770 m).
Then we ascend to Panchase Bhanjyang, which is a scenic and relatively quiet route that connects the Annapurna foothills with the Panchase Protected Forest area. This trek is ideal for trekkers looking for village life, forest walks, and mountain scenery without heavy crowds.
It takes about 3–4 hours from Kande to Panchase Bhanjyang. Evening relaxation, dinner, then rest.
Day 04: Panchase Bhanjyang – Pokhara
Morning sunrise yoga, then breakfast, and start an almost downhill trek to Ghatichhina (3–4 hours), passing typical Nepali village scenery where you can see village life, local farming, and organic food.
Then a 30-minute drive to the hotel or retreat in Pokhara. After relaxing for a few hours, join the evening yoga session followed by dinner and a short meditation. Then sleep well after the few days of trekking.
Note: Ayurvedic massage on request – $25 extra payment for 60 min.
Day 05
Join the morning yoga, then breakfast, sound healing session, then departure around 12:00 pm.
