Overview
The Poonhill Yoga Trek is a unique blend of trekking, yoga, meditation, and Himalayan nature experience in the Annapurna Region. This journey combines the famous Ghorepani–Poon Hill trek with daily yoga practice to enhance physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness.
This trek is suitable for beginners to intermediate trekkers, offering breathtaking views of mountains like:
Annapurna I (8091 m) – the world’s 10th highest peak
Dhaulagiri (8167 m) – the world’s 7th highest peak
Hiunchuli (6441 m)
Machhapuchhre / Fishtail (6993 m) – considered sacred to Lord Shiva and strictly forbidden to climb to preserve its sanctity

Day 01
Arrival in Pokhara, transfer to hotel or yoga retreat

Day 02: Pokhara (900 m) to Ulleri (2050 m)
Drive from Pokhara to Birethanti (1–1.5 hr)
Trek distance: 9–11 km
Difficulty: Moderate (due to steep stairs)
Duration: 4–6 hours

Well-built trail surrounded by forests and waterfalls

Pass through the traditional Magar village
